The Mission of the Georgia Youth Symphony Orchestra is to inspire people to discover their potential through creativity and performance, to build and develop discipline and spirit to accomplish their dream. Further we endeavor to expand artistic opportunities available to all people and to enhance artistic opportunities available to all people and to enhance the quality of our community’s life.

The Values of the Georgia Youth Symphony Orchestra include:

The Georgia Youth Symphony intends to be a leader in achieving greatness throughout all the communities we serve.

The Georgia Youth Symphony Orchestra teaches musical skills with the human aspects of self-discipline, integrity, reliability, dependability, and flexibility. Our students develop attitude, skills, and an education that will last a lifetime!
