Camerata

Because of the unique size of this ensemble (approximately 30 total violin, viola, cello and bass players), Camerata members experience a heightened sense of the importance of each part and each individual musician.

This elite ensemble focuses on cross-listening between sections, blend and balance, expressing various styles of music, and pursuing detailed, mature music making.

Camerata members demonstrate advanced shifting and bowing technique and are introduced to challenging string literature.
